Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the package identifier from "dotnetCampus.LatestCSharpFeatures" to "DotNetCampus.LatestCSharpFeatures" to follow proper .NET naming conventions with Pascal case. The change also includes a version bump from 12.0.1 to 13.0.0.
